An Associate Lecturer

As a lecturer, I am passion to teach in the field of visual communication design and UI interface design, over the course of 10 years in Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to helping my students develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the competitive design industry.

My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that effective learning requires a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience. I have developed a range of innovative teaching methods and resources that are designed to engage and challenge my students and also understand that not all students learn in the same way, so I have tailor my teaching methods to meet most needs of each individual while also providing my student with the opportunity to apply their skills in real-world contexts.

Above all, I am deeply committed to helping their students achieve their full potential and are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment, where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to pursue their passions and goals. As a result, I have won the Teaching Awards and was consistently rank among the top performers in the Module Evaluation Survey (MES) within the Polytechnic.
